clubSENsational was founded after several years of dedicated work in the field of autism, collaborating with various schools and organisations during school hours, after-school programmes, respite nights, and holiday camps. Leveraging our background in pedagogy and physical education, we partnered with organisations offering services such as swimming and climbing, which provided us with valuable insights into the unique needs of individuals with special educational needs (SEN).

During this time, it became increasingly evident that there was a significant lack of tailored services specifically designed for SEN students. We also recognised the urgent need for trained professionals who were experienced and deeply committed to providing quality support for these families. Driven by this understanding, we established clubSENsational to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that empowers individuals with autism and learning difficulties to thrive.

At clubSENsational, our passionate team consists of Autism Specialists and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) teachers who are highly trained and experienced in their fields. Currently working in SEND schools and colleges across various boroughs in London, our experts are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.

Our core team features a diverse group of specialists, including SEND team coordinators, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, Health and Well being Specialists, as well as Climbing and Swimming Instructors. Together, we combine our knowledge and expertise to create a unique multidisciplinary approach that focuses on:

As a parent of 3 children with autism, after of searching, I found it impossible to find a SEN inclusive swimming instructors.

My experience with ClubSENsational has been life changing. I struggled to find swimming pools or sessions to meet my children needs. After being kicked out and being told not to come back as my childrens need's was not fully understood at the local swimming pools. My hopes for my children learning to swim came to an end. I feared for their safety and their mental health. After finding ClubSENsation, my children are now more confident in the water, more experienced and more happy. I would rate them 10 out of 10! The specialists are highly qualified, have great experience with SEN and are the most friendly and welcoming individuals I have met. Most importantly they are able to meet the needs of my children. It is very hard to trust and give your SEN child to another pair of hands, but I trust the team like I trust myself with my children.
